How Can I Help the Uganda Missions?

This is the spontaneous response of many good people
who want to be in solidarity with the poor:

*prayer and sacrifice
… remember St Therese, when suffering greatly from TB,
offered each step for a tired missionary.

*donations
… give an outright gift or pledge a monthly contribution of support

*sponsor a child
... a monthly contribution of $20.00 provides for the
educational needs of a child in our parish.

*seminarian support
... underwrite the cost of educating one or more students

*lay volunteers
… serve in Uganda for a year, maybe two – bring your practical
skills and live a simple life in a prayerful community.

*bequests
… remember the “Discalced Carmelite Missions, Western Province” in your will
